General Terms and Conditions of Sale through Croatia Tickets service
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the conditions under which the Slobodna Dalmacija Split – the owner of the online ticketing service Croatia Tickets (trademark protected) shall provide an online ticket sale service for museums, national parks, nature parks, cultural, entertainment and sporting events, trips on various carriers, tourist packages, excursions, etc.
These terms and conditions supplement the Terms and Conditions of Partners, i.e. their internal acts, whose tickets and arrangements can be purchased through Croatia Tickets service or interactive kiosks.
2. Purchase Agreement
The service provider offers the service of sale of tickets and arrangements for contents advertised on the website of Croatia Tickets service www.croatia-tickets.com
Booking without purchase is not possible.
The Purchase Agreement becomes biding after a successful payment transaction has been made through Croatia Tickets service after which a ticket or a voucher as well as an invoice is delivered to the buyer via e-mail.
3. Delivery of tickets, vouchers (print@home)
The buyer is obliged to print or otherwise save the delivered ticket or voucher and show it to the Partners’ authorized personnel when entering the event, location, means of transportation or on realization of a travel package. If any discounts are used when purchasing a ticket, travel package, the buyer must in any case be able to present the document (e.g. student’s ID, pension receipt, etc.) justifying such a discount.
Methods of delivery
Print@home tickets and vouchers are delivered to the buyer via e-mail to the address entered in the user profile. Tickets and vouchers are delivered in Adobe PDF format and to view them one shall need a PDF file reader available at this address: http//get.adobe.com/reader.
Croatia Tickets is not liable for damage caused by entering the wrong email address in the user profile or the inability to deliver tickets or vouchers caused by e-mail service provider’s technical problems. Once you have your print@home ticket or voucher successfully saved to the computer print it on the ISO A4 standard sheet of paper. The invoice for purchased service is issued with the ticket or voucher. Please do not cut the printed tickets or vouchers because they are valid only if the ISO A4 sheet of paper the ticket or voucher has been printed on is not damaged. Instead of cutting the ticket or voucher fold it along the lines marked on the paper. Keep the ticket, voucher in a safe place until the event because only the first bearer of a copy of print@home ticket, voucher will be allowed to enter the venue. Use a print@home ticket, voucher the same way as a customary printed ticket, voucher or follow the instructions of the organizers when entering the venue.
Using the tickets, vouchers
The buyer must not crumple, computer manipulate or in any other way alter a printed or electronically distributed ticket, voucher, in a manner that would damage or change a linear or 2D code on the ticket, voucher, which is used for the automatic validity check of the ticket, voucher. Croatia Tickets is not liable for problems caused by a damaged or changed linear or 2D code and/or other mechanical damage on tickets, vouchers after the purchase. The buyer is obliged to keep the ticket, voucher in a safe place until the event or service and especially keep them from an unauthorized copying. Croatia Tickets is not liable for damage caused by the loss, theft, forgery and unauthorized copying of the ticket, voucher – each identical copy of the ticket, voucher, printed or electronically distributed, is valid so only the first bearer of the ticket or voucher will be allowed the admission. Subsequent complaints shall not be upheld.

The tickets, travel packages purchased through Croatia Tickets service can be paid for by Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express and Discovery credit cards.
5. Refund policy
Money refund for a ticket, travel package shall be reduced by the amount specified by the Terms and Conditions or the internal acts of Partners whose tickets, arrangements have been purchased through this online service. The conditions are available on Partners’ websites.
A refund request must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the planned event, travel by filling in the refund request form. The request must be timely sent to the e-mail address email@example.com or via helpdesk.
Refund for a purchased ticket, travel package is solely paid on the account specified in the refund request form within 45 days. The money refund referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall be reduced by Croatia Tickets handling charge unless otherwise agreed with Partner.

All information collected by Corvus Info is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Sensitive data is fully secure and its privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.
Security controls and operating procedures applied within the CorvusPay infrastructure not only ensure current reliability of CorvusPay but permanently maintain and enhance the security levels of protecting credit card information by maintaining strict access controls, regular security and in-depth system checks for preventing network vulnerabilities.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (kuna).
When charging credit cards of customers from abroad, the amount stated in kunas is converted into their local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web shop.
